August 1st 2007 – Forex Fighter Trading Results
Here’s a summary of the news today:
UK ECONOMIC NEWS:
Manufacturing PMI came out at 55.7 vs 54
BRC Shop Price Index y/y came out at 0.6&
US ECONOMIC NEWS:
ADP Nonfarm Employment Change came out at 48k vs 103k
ISM Manufacturing Index came out at 53.8 vs 55.7
ISM Manufacturing Prices came out at 65 vs 66.5
Pending Home Sales m/m came out at 5.0% vs -0.5%
Domestic Vehicle Sales came out at 11.7M vs 12.0M
We had a great setup on our 1st method with a profit target on the first half, and some extra pips on the second half. Unfortunately our KO got triggered and stop after a retracement whilst our JAB trade didn’t do much better (it was split in 2 by mistake which ended up saving everyone a few pips as we re-entered at a better price). Here are the results:
